With dropshipping you hold no inventory. The customer pays you on eBay, you purchase that item from a supplier (usually Amazon), and it is delivered to the customer.
The task is simple: locate items whose eBay price beats their Amazon cost once fees are subtracted.
Example: eBay sell price $40. Amazon cost $24. eBay fees ~$5. Tax/extras ~$2. What’s left (~$9) is your net profit on that order.
If Amazon is more expensive than eBay, you lose money. That is the whole risk in one sentence.
Three ingredients: a seller account on eBay, a means of paying for items on Amazon, and a tool such as Dropenza to surface profitable products and keep the store running.
