Terms of Use

These are the ground rules for using Dropenza. The eBay store you connect stays yours from start to finish.

Last updated:

1.What Dropenza is

Dropenza is software for research, listing preparation, pricing and stock aids, and order and tracking workflows between Amazon as your source and your eBay store. We do not open, rent or sell eBay stores.

2.Signing up and your login

  • You must be an adult and give us accurate information.
  • Keep your login details safe. Whatever happens in your workspace is your responsibility, including actions by people you invite and by AI assistants you link.
  • You connect an eBay selling account of your own and, if you use the ordering features, Amazon accounts of your own.

3.Free trial, plans and AI credits

  • Sellers new to dropshipping start with a free week (7 days). Those already dropshipping choose a package and receive 3 free days. Setup costs nothing.
  • Plans are priced per store, per month. The Pricing page always shows the current prices and limits.
  • AI features run on credits. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can add more. An AI listing uses one credit only when it is written successfully, and reply drafts use one credit for every three drafts. Your balance is shown on the Billing page.
  • Prices and plans may change; you will hear from us ahead of any change that touches you.

4.What the seller is accountable for

  • As the seller listed on eBay, you must follow eBay and Amazon rules, intellectual-property (VeRO) rules included, and you answer for listing accuracy, taxes and buyer service.
  • eBay's rules accept sourcing from a supplier you have an agreement with, but not ordering from a retailer once a shopper has paid and having it posted directly to them. Read eBay's current policy and choose your sources with that in mind.
  • Look over everything Dropenza prepares for you (prices, listings, AI-written text and automations) before you depend on it.

5.Automation and AI

  • AI output and reply drafts are suggestions, and they can be wrong. Check them before you publish or send anything.
  • When you turn on automatic ordering, or switch an AI assistant connection to Read and change, you authorize the actions it carries out for your store.
  • Built-in protections like the VeRO list and the minimum-profit rule lower your risk, yet they cannot guarantee your accounts remain in good standing.

6.Things that are off limits

You may not use Dropenza to:

  • break the law, or the rules of eBay, Amazon or any other platform,
  • offer items that are banned or that infringe someone's rights,
  • disrupt the service or put excessive load on it, or probe its security without written consent,
  • copy the service, resell it, or take it apart to learn how it works.

7.Outside services we rely on

Dropenza depends on eBay, Amazon, Google and other outside services. Each has its own terms and may change or discontinue its service whenever it chooses. We are not answerable for what they do or for their downtime.

8.Who owns your data

The store, order and listing data is yours. The Privacy Notice explains how we treat it, and you can ask us to delete it.

9.No promises about outcomes

Dropenza is offered as it is. We make no promise about sales, profit, account standing, payout dates or uninterrupted running. Limits, reviews and closures of eBay or Amazon accounts are decisions for those platforms.

10.How far our liability goes

Within what the law permits, Dropenza accepts no liability for indirect or knock-on loss, lost earnings or lost data. For any single claim, our total responsibility is capped at the amount the service cost you during the twelve months before it.

11.Pausing or closing an account

You are free to stop using Dropenza whenever you wish. Should an account violate these terms or endanger others or the service, we may pause or close it, and we will explain why whenever we can.

12.When these terms change

We update the date at the top whenever the terms change. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or inside the app.
